There were 4 kids without masks from 6 to 16yrs old gathering in front of my house about 12ft from my 2 closed windows with glass. they spent 30 mins talking loudly, laughing, &chasing each other. can covid19 from them get thru windows into my house?

Wouldn't think so: Glass is a rather impermeable material. If you opened the window & the wind was blowing your way it might be an exposure. From your posted description it was not.
