Endocrine: Facial hair growth in women is most commonly seen in those of mediterranean and middle eastern descent. Androgens and their accompanying receptors are found in much higher concentrations in these women. There are many cosmetic and medical approaches to removing this unwanted hair. Talk to your Dr about endocrine workup and treatment options.
