This morning i was biting my lip and it started bleeding , i had only realised the damage when i looked in the mirro. lower left lip has a yellow/white lump that is swollen, how long will it take to heal please help?

Depends: If it is just an opening in the lip, should heal within 2 days if kept moist and covered (chapstick) . Faster if medicated ointment (blistex) is used, but if there was a cold sore as a cause of the irritation, it would take longer 7-10 days, and you would benefit from meds for that purpose. Good luck
