When blood vessels get leaky at the site, wbcs get in & that part remains swelled or inflamed. why do i have high wbcs in my swelled ankles & knees when there is no injury & edema goes away in recumbency..while low wbcs in my blood ?? explain plz?

Leaky wbc: Your question contains a pathology description mixed with uncertain symptoms. I think you need to ask a doctor in person to get a good answer. It sounds like you have a systemic inflammatory condition.- I am being vague because of the lack of information
