However, if they're tight enough, it may feel like it's cutting off circulation, or fascially restricting muscle movement. So perhaps your ankles feel this way. In any case, have it checked out by your doctor. S/he can tell right way what the problem is. Usually blod clots in the leg are swollen, hurt, and are hot or warm to touch.
