Vit B12: The main source of vit B12 would be animal product. If you are not a strict vegan and can still eat egg- egg is something you can consume to add your vit b12- but just watch out your cholesterol. Other food like tofu or beans also have some amount of vit b12. The best way would be to get supplement. Ask your pharmacist for the vegetarian vitamin B12 supplement.

Ovo-lacto: B12 is an animal product, despite some claims otherwise. Can store several years worth in liver. Vegans may need to take supplement, or fortified products, e.G fortified soy milk. Dairy and eggs are sources of b12.
