Yes : yes, they can be early symptoms of Covid infection or they may be the start of a common URI. either way you should quarantine and get a PCR test for covid.

Quite possibly: COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
