Wrist injury: I would not expect your entire right upper extremity to hurt so much, so that makes me wonder about a possible infection. Normally one would get a tetanus shot every ten years. However, tetanus shot should be considered if none within 5 years for particularly dirty wound. What kind of wound care have you had?

See below: Your description is suggestive of lymphangitis. It would be prudent to see your doctor or to emergency department of a hospital for evaluation and may be antibiotic treatment in addition to tetanus booster dose. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
