I got hit on the forearm 4 days ago it swelled a bit but now i hear a creaking sound in my arm and hit hurts some times i can grip tightly but it hurts when i lift things and feels like bee stings that shot to my hand

Hello : Hello i can't diagnose the cause of your symptoms. There could still be swelling in the area a of nerve that could be responsible for the sharp pain in your hand. I don't know what the creaking sound is from. If you had a fracture, would usually think it would be quite painful. I recommend that if the symptoms continue that you see your physician to have if fully evaluated.
