Usually benign: Am not a urologist, but have frequent contact with the specialty. Am informed that these doctors do not test or evaluate blood in the semen, as "we never find anything". So, appears this is a benign intermittent phenomenon in some men, and not a cause to worry.

Hematospermia: Relatively common after invasive procedures, otherwise cause difficult to identify as it resolves by itself. If problem persisting more than a month let your GP know so that workup can be started.
