The : The name for this is hematospermia. It is very very common. In 99% of these instances...Detailed by the other doctors answers...Will resolve spontaneously. And no...It in no way means he has hiv.

NO Blood : No blood in semen can be due to other causes: --any kind of trauma to scrotum, prostate, rectum --small kidney stone passage or any infection such as prostatitis, bladder or urethra infection (possilby an std) if any worry both of you should be checked soon.
