I : I highly doubt that it is rust. Blood in the semen can be quite concerning to patients. As long as it does not persist, it is usually not worrisome. You should probably see your pcp or urologist to have a psa, urinalysis and culture performed. Otherwise most of the time blood in the semen is benign.
