If you are experiencing symptoms, request a further leave. Remain self solated and keep well hydrated. Retest for COVID-19, and please see your PCP.

Did they actually test for swine flu? Only way to tell. Did not know it was going around but maybe where you are it is. If so your local Drs will know best things to do. No specific treatment unless it is Flu A or B. Discuss. Just treat it like a bad cold. Unless you get short of breath or develop a fever. Then contact Drs again.
