No, ibuprofen instea: It would not be healthy to take so much acetaminophen (paracetamol). If your fever is not reduced with stilpane after 30 minutes, use an alternative such as ibuprofen instead. Too much acetaminophen (paracetamol) can damage your liver and cause long term health problems.

Medication: It looks like Stilpane contains 320 mg paracetamol and 8 mg codeine. The Panado contains Paracetamol 500mg. That would be 1,140 mg of paracetamol if he took one Panado. Why not hold off on the Panado for a little while.
