Tingling,shakes bedt: Restless leg syndrome is a possibility. Anxiety can cause similar symptoms but often palpitations and some sweating also occur. I doubt Parkinson's disease or electrolyte&mineral deficiencies as you don't have daytime symptoms. A neurologist would be best to consult for evaluation and advice. Appropriate testing will be done.

Tingling: You didn't say if the dental abscess was treated with root canal or extraction. It was probably unrelated to your other symptoms unless the infection was resolved. Best to see a Neurologist.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
