She's dreaming: it's normal. Our brain is supposed to detach from muscle activity when dreaming which is why we sometimes start to wake up from scary dreams and can't move. this ability however is less developed in young kids. She'll likely settle down as she gets older although a few adults are still pretty wild when dreaming

PEDIATRICIAN: Take your child to a Pediatrician. If normal the Dr. will calm your concern. If not, the Dr. will give treatment. If you can't find a Dr. go to the Emergency Rm of your hospital. If you don't have transportation call an ambulance or call the police dept for help. Your fears & anxiety are heightened because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe, cautious & hold on to hope to elevate your immunity.
