Can tizanidine be used long term for chronic headaches?

Tizanidine: I consider this medication a specialty drug with numerous potential side effects and possible interactions with other medications. It can be effective for prevention of migraine headaches, but I would only take it under the supervision of a neurologist with experience in its use.
