Yes you can: You should be fine taking the Ibuprofen for the headache as long as you do not have any contraindications from using anti -inflammatories (Ibuprofen) such as stomach ulcers or kidney disease to name a couple. If you keep getting headaches after taking the Tizanidine, talk to your physician
