I recently started having these nagging tension headaches, i take tizanidine at night for muscle tension/bruxism, could this be causing rebound headaches? it feels really tense in my forehead and eye area.

Headaches: I agree that your headaches may well be from muscle tension and contraction,but I'm unsure if tazanidine is effective for treating them. It is a short acting muscle relaxant that may be taken 3 times a day. A headache specialist or neurologist could evaluate and advise you on this matter. An eye exam may be recommended as well.
