BP LYING STANDING: The most likely is that when the BP is measured standing the center of the cuff is below heart level. For every inch below heart level can no will be higher by 2 mm Hg. So 10 inches lower standing will be 20 mm higher. Especially if u use wrist device. Consult with us so we can watch you measure and see if this is a problem.
