Said i have muscle breakup and gave me iv and sent me home . kidneys showed ok . ck is 9,610. is this ok or should i get a second opinion?

Needs ongoing focus: Your CK is literally sky high, and may well be due to rhabdomyolysis, which could affect renal function. This needs to be followed closely, and repetitive blood and urine studies are required. This could be done as an outpatient, but maybe prudent to consider a few days within hospital. Keep in contact with medical team, do no exertional activity, hydrate well, but head to ER as needed.
