Perspective: Although doxycycline has been associated with pseudotumor, this is rare, and unlikely to occur. Your headache and stiff neck could be secondary to the original infection. Since you seem very concerned, recommend contacting the original doctor and discussing your risk concerns, and how to next deal with whatever prompted the antibiotic.
