GP: Your primary care doc first for an exam. Based on findings your GP will be able to further coordinate. Abstain from poking that area as that will just create premises for an abscess.

Surgery: A proctologist who also performs surgery or a colorectal surgeon would be my choices since the lesion is so close to the anus.
