COVID after surgery : COVID 19 causing inflammatory chemicals to be released. If there is a location in the body where there was subclinical (not felt by the patient) inflammation can be triggered by a COVID 19 infection. Although there are other reasons for post-surgical pain such as infection, so ask the surgeon

COVID 19: Agree with Dr. Romano. You could have pain in area of surgery if you have been coughing or vomiting vigorously. It could just be due to overall inflammatory response. However, can't say that you don't have a wound infection without assessment.
