What are the risks of operating on a large (20 weeks pregnant look like by dr.'s description)fibroids -myomectomy surgery?

Not huge: I would use Lupron (leuprolide) for 3 months prior to surgery to shrink the myomas and to minimize the risk of bleeding. Myomas of that size frequently require a large incision.
