Possibly: Contact several insurance cmpanies and ask if they will give you insurance or if they will consider this a pre-existing condition and deny you coverage. If not, maybe you are eligible for medicaid or you can try to work out a discounted payment plan with a doctor and hospital.

Yes: If you are able to afford it you can work out a discounted rate with a hospital and a surgeon.
If you cannot afford it you should visit a doctor in your local community health centre and they should be able to help you get emergency medical if your case warrants it.
