Yes: False positives sometimes occur, but those are usually not this high. The blood test doesn't equal a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis all by itself, but if you have painful, stiff, swollen joints, that is the most likely diagnosis. See a rheumatologist - the sooner the better.
