Is it possible for intracranial pressure to increase after only 3 days on doxycycline??

Highly unlikely: Pseudotumor cerebri has been associated with use of some antibiotics, but brief exposure over 3 days would not cause pressure surges within the cerebrospinal system. If indeed there is increased intracranial pressure, it is appropriate to search for a different explanation.
