entire left side-only body pain(left head/neck/chest/thigh/leg/foot) 24/7.no pain on right.but it disappears during 3-day menstrual cycle,then returns?

Don't know!: Very unusual problem. Complete resolution with menses suggests no serious reason for complaint, but depending on amount of disability produced by pain, would get evaluation by health care provider to try to determine cause.
