Sinuses: The opacification of frontal sinuses is usually due to inflammation. Sinus inflammation or infection can cause headache or facial pain. I suggest you discuss your issues with your neurologist.

Distinctions: Some physicians promote their referral facilities by compliments. This is gratuitous and meaningless as all facilities are certified by regulatory agencies. Re.: headaches and/or facial pain can be associated with acute and subacute sinus infections, so, presence of localized pain would tend to reinforce the zeal for therapy.
