I have 2 large lumps in neck, no sign of pain, infection or other symptoms. pcp assumes its swollen lymph nodes but gave no cause for it. has been 3 weeks, -antibiotics did not work & blood work came back normal. what could be causing these lumps?

Consider dental: You could possess an occult dental infection, or even chronic gingivitis, and it would be an excellent idea to get a dental consultation. Not unique for dental issue to present with swollen lymph nodes.
