Diagnosis: What was the mass diagnosed to be? If it is sinus, that would be normal. Where is mass and can you feel it? Need more info.

More info: You need more information to be able to make a decision. Where is lesion located? Any pain/swelling/breating obstruction? Is it impinging on other structures? And so much more. Take a copy of your x-rays and make an appointment with the dental specialist that treats oral cavity masses, an Oral Surgeon. You need a diagnosis before treatment can be chosen.

Need more info: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you and your doctor need to consult the radiologist and ascertain if a biopsy is need for a diagnosis. Wish you good health!
