Hi please can you advise what to recommend for a severe dry cough? no spit or mucus coming out. trying acophyllix cough syrup. not working. also home remedy like honey, ginger, lemon etc not working?

Too many: There are too many possibilities and details and an exam will be needed before attempting treatment. Among common conditions seen postnasal drip, reflux, foreign body and reactive airway disease or asthma are possible in no specific order and aside from infections and/or lung related pathology. Starting with your doc will be the most helpful at this point.
