Is it possible to have cervical myelopathy caused by a reduced canal diameter of approx 12.5mm. causing severe myelopathy symptoms, without signal change on repeated mris? a 'normal'ish. mri?

Stenosis: You have a significant cervical stenosis and you have myelopathy symptoms and features - The MRI may or may not shows signal change in the cord. Treatment is based on the exam and the severe stenosis.
