Need more informatio: You need to provide us history and why was this test(?CT scan) done in the first place. If you have/had any symptoms, you need to let us know. Low attenuation lesions are quite common in the Liver. Common causes include, benign cysts which can be confirmed with an Ultrasound of the abdomen. Patients with history of CANCER OR ABDIMINAL SYMPTOMS CAN HAVE METASTATIC CANCER IN THE LIVER.
