Symptomatic care: Treatment for Covid is symptomatic: Acetaminophen for pain/fever/headache. If your son is older than 4yrs old, he can also take nasal decongestants and cough suppressants. Seek emergency care for difficulty breathing, persistent chest pain, blue lips/nails, confusion or lethargy.

Covid: Hello. Thanks for reaching. In this case it depends on how old your son is and what symptoms he is having. Generally only symptomatic treatment, meaning Tylenol for sore troat or fever. It's important ti follow the guidelines and keep him isolated for two weeks at least to reduce the spreading of the virus. Look for severe symptoms like lack of breath or weakness for specialized treatment.
