Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. Be sure to get tested, if you get symptoms. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Self isolate/test: Drink fluids, rest and monitor temperature. Take Tylenol rather than Motrin. Arrange testing and self isolate. Watch for signs of the flu and if there is worsening respiratory distress, please see the Emergency Department.
