Hi dr, my baby boy is 7 months and hes been scratching his ear its been days now doing that, what can be the problem?

Ear infection : The most significant thing he could have would be a middle ear infection. Sometimes infant's will grab at their earif there is fluid or infection behind the eardrum. This is easy to assess if your doctor can look at your baby's ear to make sure of the diagnosis.

Hard to know: It may be because it itches, because he found it & likes to touch it, some might consider an ear infection if he has fever or other symptoms. Unless he alters his activities to make you think he is sick I would ignore it. If this spooks you have the ears evaluated by his health provider.
