COVID 19: For difficulty breathing you should seek Emergency Room evaluation. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.

I have shortness of breath, trouble getting deep breath, tight, achy chest. Doc visit said lungs were clear. I am on 3 inhalers and singular. I had covid 9 mths ago & got steroid pack to get help breathing. If lungs clear why do I have trouble?
