4 weeks ago i was struck in the testicles and since then i've been experiencing minimal pain in both testes. i have neither experienced nausea nor vomiting and my scrotum hasn't appeared to be swollen. what does this mean?

Normal response: A blow to the testicles can result in some inflammation and bruising. The residual tenderness can be due to either or both of these. They will resolve with time.
