COVID 19: Were you exposed to COVID 19 or did you/ do you have current symptoms? If South Africa is like the US, there has been an increase in COVID 19 cases. I would encourage you remain home as much as possible (unless you work). Being age 70 is a risk factor for more severe disease. If you must go out - make sure to wear a mask and to socially distance.
