I tested positive for covid and require a script for antibiotics?

No antibiotic needed: If you have Covid19, you would not need an antibiotic just based on that. Covid19 is a viral illness, and antibiotics only helpful for bacterial illness. If you have a secondary illness, say a bacterial pneumonia , a doctor would have had to have examined you and made that diagnosis. At that time they would then prescribe the antibiotics you would need. Drink fluids, rest.

Not likely.: COVID 19 is a viral infection, not a bacterial infection. Antibiotics are used to treat bacterial infections. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure
