How to prevent acne? i get breakouts when i'm in the sun. and i can't use benzoyl peroxide as it irritates my skin. please help

Ideas: If you cannot tolerate benzoyl peroxide, your physician will probably offer you topical clindamycin. This is likely to give you a good result. If you can use the oral contraceptive pill, it may clear you. Your physician has other remedies as well. Talk with him/her also about a good sunscreen.
