Scientific Rx: Spending a long time massaging castor oil or whatever into your face isn't going to help nearly as much as what your' physician is ready to do for you. You'll need to continue to use benzoyl peroxide though it's not pleasant, but probably adding an antibiotic will clear you. If this isn't sufficient, I would urge you to consider isotretinoin. Acne's a major liability in today's world. Be wise.
