Does oil cleansing method really works on acne? i'm using benzoyl peroxide right now. it's harsh on my skin though.

Benzoyxl peroxide: When your face gets to rough, stop the benzoxyl peroxide and apply moisturizer. When your face is smoother you can reapply the benzoxyl peroxide. And yes you can use the oil method

Scientific Rx: Spending a long time massaging castor oil or whatever into your face isn't going to help nearly as much as what your' physician is ready to do for you. You'll need to continue to use benzoyl peroxide though it's not pleasant, but probably adding an antibiotic will clear you. If this isn't sufficient, I would urge you to consider isotretinoin. Acne's a major liability in today's world. Be wise.
