I have phlemy cough, dry nasal passage, headache and feel hot, fever is 36.6, please help with advise?

Symptoms: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these sx’s: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. May use acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used.
