I have been having this dry cough runny nose headaches and fever all the symptoms of flu. i have been taking different types of cough syrups and flu medication and it's been just over a week and i am not better. what could be wrong?

Saline and Mist: Most cough syrups are not very effective and diagnosing the cause of the cough is of utmost importance. If you are still having fever on anti- flu medication, please see your PCP, it may be related to pneumonia or bronchitis.In the meantime, use nasal saline mist and a cool air mist humidifier to relieve symptoms.
