Trauma: Although I am confused as to what body part was injured, his inability to walk raises questions of broken bones. Reason for fall is not apparent either. Since I can conjure numerous problematic and even critical scenarios, would urge caution. If he is in pain, unable to move a limb, showing confusion, bleeding, or swelling, unable to eat or drink; any or all would be reasons for emergency.

Needs ER examination: If he fell and and is unable to walk then, it would be best to call for emergency help since it is not clear whether he injured his neck or back. If YOU take him to the ER- the improper movements of his neck or other portions of the spinal column could cause irreparable damage. Failing to get medical help could lead to irreparable damage. Please call for assistance and do not move him alone.
