My aunt fell and twisted both ancles. they are swollen, she can't walk and hasnt gone to dr. should i take her or can something be done at home?

Yes: If she cannot bear weight, has pain and swelling, she needs to be examined by a physician and will likely require an xray to evaluate for a fracture. This should be done asap.
