Yes...: These symptoms could be due to any virus, including coronavirus. Stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. You can use nasal saline flushes to relieve the nasal congestion. You can also take acetaminophen for any fever or body aches. Get plenty of rest and stay isolated for at least 10 days or whenever the symptoms are gone for at least 24 hours. If short of breath, seek emergency treatment

COVID 19: Dry mouth can result from dehydration, anxiety and stress. Xerostomia in COVID 19 has not been well studied. REF: https://www.perioimplantadvisory.com/clinical-tips/video/14184716/how-does-covid19-affect-salivary-flow-and-xerostomia. Nasal congestion is quite common with COVID 19.
