Should not take long: Usually symptoms of an uncomplicated midl concussion resolve within weeks ot a month, though it is possible some more subtle findings could linger slightly longer. When symptomss persist or get worse, its time to go back to a doctor. Managing headaches may really depend on type of headache and what is triggering it. So the answer really depends on assessment.

Weeks to months: It may take weeks to months for symptoms of a concussion to resolve. Headaches can be af several types. you should consult a neurologist to make a proper diagnosis and provide you with appropriate treatement for the individual type of headache.
