Should not take long: Usually symptoms of an uncomplicated midl concussion resolve within weeks ot a month, though it is possible some more subtle findings could linger slightly longer. When symptomss persist or get worse, its time to go back to a doctor. Managing headaches may really depend on type of headache and what is triggering it. So the answer really depends on assessment.
